Payment Terms

Payment must be received before order processing. We accept the following payment methods:

All payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time: Free shipping on orders over ₹499

We ship to addresses within India. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy:

• Unopened Products: May be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
• Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Wrong Items: We will replace at no additional cost if reported within 48 hours
• Opened Products: Cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
